No turkey this year...bah humbug!!! No leftovers or treats. Mom Elly says, "like I need them". What!!!!! I only weigh 23 lbs. The vet says, I'm NOT FAT!!!!! I'm a big cat. Like it's not fair. I have to wait in line for my tuna. Course, if you feed me first, yum, I get to eat everyone else's first.
There was a monster in the house this past week. It went brrrrrruuuuuum, brrrrruuum and raced all over the house. Mom Elly says it was just Andrew and he's only 6 and that was him letting of steam just like I do when I race up and down the hallway. I DON'T CARE!!!!!! he was scary and moved waaaaaay too fast for me. The house is all quiet now, and I'm pleased. I don't like my routine disturbed AT ALL.
I love this place. There is a big window looking out on the back yard. OH Mi, what fun. Squirrels eating, running and playing out there. Birds all over the place. Not sure about that big orange cat that has been coming in a yowling. Mom Elly, Dad Dave, Granpa Vern and James all run to feed him when he comes around. I think he's stealing my food. Just can't can't him doing it.
We even had something they called a sparrow hawk come in and steal a bird right off the feeder. Now that was some excitement. Just let ME at it. We'd not have him stealing OUR birds. No siree.
There was a mouse living under the table on the patio. He's gone now. I think that durn orange cat caught him. He was MY mouse....Kie liked to watch him too. All my friends take turns watching out the window. It's fun to watch, but scary to go there.
When the sun is shinning it's a great place to sit or lie on the table or a chair. So warm and friendly.
Well, that's my paw print for now. Check out Mom Elly's blog. She's going to start putting more recipes on again. She's been cooking up a storm. Love and purrs to y'all.
